DEVOA 2024 Spring Summer Collection.
・ About the fabric
The outer fabric is crafted from a linen glen check fabric produced in Bishu, a wool weaving region in Japan.
It exhibits the characteristic breathability, lightness, and a washed texture that exudes a calm color tone, which are unique to linen.
・About the design and pattern
This shirt jacket is designed with a relaxed silhouette in a loose fit.
It has drop shoulders, seam pockets, and buttons on the sleeves, allowing you to roll them up if desired.
Although it is called a jacket, it is more like a shirt with jacket details incorporated. It can be worn with a light and comfortable feel and can be used as both an outerwear piece and a layering item, such as a jacket or cardigan.

Designer: Daisuke Nishida
Concept: Our research starts with the understanding of the natural human body movements. DEVOA constructs of pattern toward movement of skin, muscle, and frame for an action. Human body keeps evolving and degenerating which are one and indivisible as the ages go by. We express clothing based on hypothesis and the theory of evolution which DEVOA interprets.
