DESCRIPTION
O project 2024 Spring Summer Collection.
Based on the brand's popular Bomber Shirt, this new version called the Balloon Shirt features added front pockets.
Similar to the Bomber Shirt, a drawcord threaded through the hem can be tightened to create a rounded silhouette.
The addition of pockets gives it a more outerwear-like appearance, making it an undeniably versatile piece for layering in spring and summer.
The fabric used is a herringbone linen woven with two-tone threads, offering a textured feel with a nuanced shading. This linen provides both a pleasing heft and a slightly slubby texture, adding depth to its appearance.
PRODUCTION AREA
Made in Japan
About O PROJECT
Designer: JAN-JAN VAN ESSCHE
A unisex brand created by JAN-JAN VAN ESSCHE, a designer from Antwerp, Belgium which started at during the spring-summer 2016 collection.
"FREE SPIRIT" is a concept that has poured into the designs, it is an open, free and unique collection in all aspects of pattern, design and material.
The "O” symbolises a "LINK” in connection. Each item is different but a story is created at the same time.As one circle "O", it slowly changes its shape and each personality is created. Everyday people grow and no day is the same. The designer believes that it is important to link "O" and that it is necessary to connect with each other as we express "the state of being connected or moving”.
