DEVOA 2024 Spring Summer Collection.
・About the fabric
The fabric used for the outer layer is a blend of cotton and hemp, produced in Shizuoka, a region known for shirt fabric production in Japan.
After dyeing, it is slowly dried in the sun to achieve a washed-out texture, enhancing the fabric's durability and maintaining its unique texture through DEVOA's proprietary treatment.
・About the design and pattern
It is a regular-fit, anatomically patterned semi-high-neck collar shirt.
It features hand-stitched details in the same color around the collar, with unfinished edges on the sleeves and hem.
The inside of the sleeves has a contrasting color panel made from the same fabric.
The shirt offers a comfortable fit while maintaining a clean silhouette.
It is fastened with horn buttons crafted from buffalo horn.

Concept: Our research starts with the understanding of the natural human body movements. DEVOA constructs of pattern toward movement of skin, muscle, and frame for an action. Human body keeps evolving and degenerating which are one and indivisible as the ages go by. We express clothing based on hypothesis and the theory of evolution which DEVOA interprets.
