Eyewear created in collaboration with ZIGGY CHEN, featuring a new magnetic clip-on mechanism.
Basing the design on a classic, compact round silhouette, it layers a steampunk-inspired antique mood with a modern clip-on system for a singular look.
The clip-on itself stands as an independent design element; when attached, it gives the wearer a mysterious expression and positions this as one of RIGARDS’s emblematic frames.
The frame material is lightweight, durable titanium―plainer in expression than copper frames, but markedly more practical.
Hand-finishing by artisans gives each frame a one-of-a-kind character; the clip-on carries a bumpy, textured finish that contrasts with the main frame’s clean look.
Curved, upward-spreading nose pads―evoking a mountain profile―are paired with soft rubber for comfortable contact.
A rule-defying fusion of unconventional thinking and function, these sunglasses integrate easily into a wide range of looks.
