DEVOA 2024 Spring Summer Collection.
・About the fabric
This knit is made using a technique called plaiting, where two different colored yarns are used to create contrasting patterns on the front and back of the fabric. It is crafted using strong twisted cotton yarn, resulting in a dry and tactile texture.
・About the design and pattern
A simple short-sleeve pullover knit. It features a loose fit silhouette that makes a statement even when worn alone.
The sleeves and hem are cut off, and the shoulder linking, side, and sleeve seams are intentionally exposed on the outside, highlighting the color contrast as a design element.

Concept: Our research starts with the understanding of the natural human body movements. DEVOA constructs of pattern toward movement of skin, muscle, and frame for an action. Human body keeps evolving and degenerating which are one and indivisible as the ages go by. We express clothing based on hypothesis and the theory of evolution which DEVOA interprets.
