Site usage

These terms of use of Fascinate online store (the “Terms of Use”) have been established with respect to the products and services provided through "" (the “Site”) operated by (the “Company”).
By browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Site for any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions.

The Terms of Use shall be effective in and governed by the Japanese language. If a translation is provided, you agree that the translation is for your convenience only (except as required by applicable law).

If the shipping address of the products or the destination of the services is outside of Japan, the "Terms of Sale" of Global-e, which is affiliated with the Company, are applicable to the relationship between the Company and the Users.

Scope and Changes of the Terms of Use

  • The Terms of Use apply to the Site and the Users (as defined herein) with respect to the provision and use of the Site.
  • The Site reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without obtaining the prior consent of the User.

The "User"

The "User" is any person who browses, purchases, or otherwise uses the Site. Constitutes acceptance by the User of the Terms of Use, when Use of the Site.

User Registration

  1. User Registration

    When using the Site for the first time and purchasing products on the Site, the User is required to register as a member. The User shall apply for membership registration in accordance with the method designated by the Site from the membership registration page.

    If a minor (at the time of purchase) wishes to purchase a product, User registration and order must be completed by a parent or guardian with the approval of the parent or guardian.

    When the Site accepts the membership registration for the application described in 1-1, it shall do so by sending a registration confirmation email, or in the case of a telephone order, upon completion of the necessary membership registration process at the Company.

  4. Withdrawal Agreement

    If the User wishes to cancel their membership, the User shall apply for cancellation of membership in accordance with the method specified by the Site.

    If the User unsubscribes, the Site will stop using the User's personal information, and the Site will not send mail magazines, direct mail, etc. to the User.

    The Site may retain the User's information for a certain period of time after the User has unsubscribed from the Site.

    (4)
    Unauthorized use of email addresses and passwords.

    Infringing or threatening to infringe the trademark, copyright, privacy or other rights of other Users, third parties or the Site.
    (7)
    Acts that are or may be offensive to public order and morals or violate other laws and regulations.

    Multiple membership registrations by the same User.
    (9)
    Any other acts that the Site deems inappropriate.

    Violation of the prohibited acts is not only a mere breach of etiquette, but also a violation of the provisions of the Penal Code, the Unauthorized Computer Access Prohibition Law, the Trademark Law, the Copyright Law, and the Civil and Commercial Code, and is subject to criminal liability and civil liability for damages.

  7. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

    The User represents and warrants to the Company that.
    • (1) The User is not part of the Anti-Social Forces, etc. and will not fall under the category in the future.
    • (2) The User does not have, and will not have in the future, any of the following relationships: (i) Relationship in which antisocial forces control management. (ii) Relationship in which antisocial forces are substantially involved in management. (iii) Relationship in which antisocial forces take advantage of the company for their own or a third party's illicit gain or to cause damage to a third party, etc. (iv) Relationship in which the company provides funds or favors to antisocial forces, etc. (v) Any other socially reprehensible relationship with antisocial forces, in which a director, officer, etc., or person substantially involved in the management of the company is involved.
    • (3) Not to engage in, either by yourself or through a third party, violent demands, unreasonable demands that exceed legal responsibility, threatening behavior or the use of violence in relation to transactions, spreading rumors, using fraudulent means or violence to damage the Company's credibility or interfere with the Company's business, or other acts equivalent thereto.

    If the User violates Section 7-1, the Company may, without any notice or warning to the User, cancel the User's registration, terminate the contract, or take any other measures that the Company deems necessary.

    Any user who violates Section 7-1 shall compensate the Company for any damages caused by or in connection with such violation.

Ordering and Purchasing products

  1. The order (domestic delivery)

    The User may use the Site to order and purchase products.

    If the User wishes to purchase a product, the User shall apply for the purchase of the product in accordance with the method specified by the Site.

    Orders placed using a member's registered email address and password will be considered valid orders by the member corresponding to this email address and password, regardless of the reason.

    An order that is verified by telephone order shall be considered a valid order by the User concerned, regardless of the reason.

    The Site shall not be liable for failure to accept the User's order due to Internet failure or any other cause not attributable to the Company.

    Once the User has applied to purchase a product, the User may cancel the application in the manner prescribed by the Site.

    In the event that the User fails to pay for the product by the time specified by the Site, the User shall pay to the Site a late payment penalty at the rate of 14.6% per annum. In the event of a malicious refusal to accept an order, the User shall pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the order price.

    In the event that the User fails to pay for the product by the time specified by the Site, the Site may cancel the purchase agreement without any notice. Even if the Site cancels the sales contract, the Site may demand compensation from the User for any damages incurred by the Site.

    Deposits paid at the time of reserving a product or placing a product on hold for a certain period of time are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. Formation of a contract

    A sales contract for the relevant products, etc. is considered to be concluded between the User and the Site when the Site sends an email to the User confirming its acceptance of the application as described in the preceding paragraph.

    In the case of a telephone order, the sales contract for the products ordered is considered to be concluded when the Company completes the order processing for the User's order.

Notwithstanding the above, however, orders or shipments may be canceled in the following cases:
- If the delivery address is a P.O. Box, forwarding service, etc.
- In the event that a product price or other information on the Site is incorrectly displayed due to a system failure or other reason.
- In the event that an item is out of stock.
- Any other cases in which the Site deems it inappropriate.

Product prices and Payment methods

    • (1)If the suggested retail price on the Site is lower than the price displayed on the Site, we will charge you the lower suggested retail price.
    • (2)If the suggested retail price of the product is higher than the price displayed on the Site, the Site will contact the User and inform them of the suggested retail price of the product again prior to shipment from the Site, and either confirm the order or cancel the order at the User's request.

    The amount to be paid for the purchase of a product is the total of the purchase price of the product and consumption tax (hereinafter referred to as the "Product Purchase Price").

    The User shall do so by the means selected by the User from among the means specified by the Site.

    When using PayPay , d payment your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made by the following deadline.

    In the case of Express delivery and Postal delivery
    - For orders placed before 13:59 (JST), payment is due by 14:00 (JST) on the day of the order.
    - For orders placed after 14:00 (JST), payment is due by 14:00 (JST) the day after the order date.

    In the case of Standard delivery and Date/time specified delivery
    - Payment is due by 14:00 (JST) the day after the order date.

    Gift certificates, coupons, and coins may only be used at the Site to the extent, for the duration, and for the period of time specified by the Site.
    In addition, they may not be cashed in under any circumstances.

  5. Order Limit
    The maximum purchase limit for each order is set as follows.

    (3) Up to 50 total items per order

Product Delivery

  1. Delivery Destination (domestic delivery)

    The Site will only deliver products within Japan.

  2. Delivery address (International Shipping)

    Please refer to the "TERMS OF SALE" of Global-e for details.

  3. Delivery days
    Items in stock will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 days after order entry is completed, except in the following cases:
    (1)
    In the event that the User failed to pick up the shipment for their reasons.
    (2)
    In the event of delivery conditions (such as during the mid year or year end gift-giving periods), natural disasters, traffic conditions, weather, etc.
    (3)
    If the number of orders shipped by the company significantly exceeds the initial forecast.
    (4)
    In cases where it takes longer due to the circumstances of the delivery company, such as to remote islands.
    (5)
    In cases where specific provisions are set on the product page.
  4. Transfer of ownership

    Ownership of all products purchased from the Site shall pass to the User upon delivery of the products from the Site to the shipping carrier, regardless of the payment or shipping method selected by the User.

  5. Delivery delay, Undeliverable

    The Company shall not be liable for any compensation in the event of delay or failure of delivery due to natural disasters, enactment, amendment, or abolition of laws and regulations, traffic accidents, dispositions based on the exercise of public authority, transportation accidents, labor disputes, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Points

  1. Reward Points (domestic delivery)

    Points are automatically calculated for each product purchased or review posted.

    (2)
    Points can be used for all or part of the purchase price of a product at the rate of 1 point = 1 JPY on your next and subsequent purchases at the Site.
    (3)
    The amount of points appropriated may be set freely according to the balance owned by the User concerned, not to exceed the balance.
    (4)
    When multiple items are purchased, points will be allocated to the total purchase amount. It is not possible to specify the number of points to be allocated to each item.
    (5)
    Points will expire if no purchase is made by the relevant date six months after the date of the last purchase on the Site.
    (6)
    For reasonable reasons, such as to protect the User's points, the number of points available for a single order may be capped without notice.
    (7)
    Points accrued cannot be redeemed for any reason.
    (8)
    Points accrued and allocated at the time of product shipment shall be processed in a manner separately determined by the Site when the product is returned.
  2. Reward Points (International Shipping)
    (9)
    In addition to the preceding paragraph, the amount of points applied can be set in units of 100 JPY, within the range of the User's available balance and not exceeding that balance.
    (10)
    Points less than 100 JPY cannot be applied.

Coins

  1. Exclusive Coin for the Site (domestic delivery)
    (1)
    Coins will be granted at irregular intervals under the Terms of Use determined by the Company.
    (2)
    Coins can be used as part or all of the purchase price of a product at the rate of 1 coin = 1 JPY on your next and subsequent purchases at the Site.
    (3)
    The amount of coins appropriated may be set freely according to the balance owned by the User concerned, not to exceed the balance.
    (4)
    When multiple items are purchased, coins will be allocated to the total purchase amount. It is not possible to specify the number of coins to be allocated to each item.
    (5)
    For reasonable reasons, such as to protect the User's coins, the number of coins available for a single order may be capped without notice.
    (6)
    Coins accrued cannot be redeemed for any reason.
    (7)
    Coins accrued and allocated at the time of product shipment shall be processed in a manner separately determined by the Site when the product is returned.
  2. Exclusive Coin for the Site (International Shipping)

    If the shipping address of the products or the destination of the services is outside of Japan, Coins shall not be available for use.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns (domestic delivery)

    Scope
    (1)
    With the exception of sale items, Returns will not be accepted except in the following cases: unopened and unused items or items tried on only indoors, items with problems or defects, damages during shipping, product defects, incorrect items, or other cases recognized by our site. Additionally, returns from overseas, items with color transfer (cosmetics), stains or discoloration (such as sweat), and odors (such as sweat or tobacco) are not accepted. In the event of a return, the contract may be terminated only if the User returns the product within the period separately determined by the Site after receipt of the product.
    Products cannot be returned except in the case of trouble, defective products, damage during shipping, defects in products, wrong products, or other cases deemed acceptable by the Site. In addition, the return of products from overseas, products with color migration (cosmetics), stains or discoloration (sweat, etc.), or odors (sweat, tobacco, etc.) adhering to the product cannot be returned. In the event of a return, the contract may be terminated only if the User returns the product within the period of time separately determined by Site after receipt of the product.

  2. Returns (International Shipping)

    Products may not be returned except in the case of trouble, defective products, damage during delivery, defects in products, wrong products, or other cases deemed acceptable by the Site.

    The "Terms of Sale" of Global-e, which is affiliated with the Company, are applicable to the relationship between the Company and customers. Please refer to the "TERMS OF SALE" of Global-e for details.
  3. Refund (domestic delivery)

    Once we receive the item you wish to return and confirm its condition, the department in charge will initiate the refund process sequentially. Depending on the payment method and refund details, the refund will be made via credit card or bank transfer, but it may also be refunded in coins. Please note that it may take more than 20 business days to complete the refund process after the item is returned.

    If the credit card closing date has passed, the amount will be deducted once. It may take up to 2 months for reimbursement depending on the credit card company.

    The User will be notified by email or other means as soon as the refund has been processed. If you paid by credit card, it may take longer depending on the credit card company's response. No interest will be charged on the amount refunded by the Site.

    Refunds in coins will be made in the following cases. Coins are valid for an indefinite period of time.
