1. The products listed on this page are for pre-order. A 30% deposit of the sales price is required in advance.

2. For pre-ordered items, 30% of the sales price must be paid in advance. (When you add a pre-order item to your cart, a 70% discount is automatically applied. The remaining 70% is due after delivery.)

3. The available payment methods are credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, PayPay online payment, au Pay, LINE Pay, Rakuten Pay, or bank transfer. (Please note that cash on delivery is not available for pre-orders.)

4. If you wish to pay the full amount in advance, please contact us via email or our official LINE account.

5. Regarding the pickup of pre-ordered items, we will contact you once the product is delivered. Please settle the remaining balance within 14 days of our notification.

6. If payment is not confirmed within the stipulated time frame for pickup, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in such cases.

7. The estimated delivery dates mentioned are approximate. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed by up to 60 days due to production reasons.

8. Please note that returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not possible for pre-ordered items.

9. As soon as the product arrives, we will send a link for ordering the remaining amount to your registered email address. Please complete the payment for the remaining balance through the URL attached to the email. (Cash on delivery can be selected for the payment of the balance if the shipping address is in Japan.)
For customers who have paid the full amount in advance, we will ship the relevant product immediately upon arrival.
