JAN‑JAN VAN ESSCHE〈TUNIC 38〉Oversized Long Sleeve Tunic with Roll-Up Sleeves

A long sleeve tunic featuring sleeves that can be rolled up.
Made with Hamamatsu-produced No.60 cotton poplin and finished without optical brighteners, the soft natural color and gentle drape created by the rear pleats are particularly appealing.
The oversized fit embraces volume without restraint, shifting in harmony with the wearer’s movements and breathing. This aligns with the brand’s meditative theme, “KHAYAL,” meaning “inner imagination.”
A generously sized tunic designed to remain a timeless wardrobe staple.

The straight neckline leaning toward a V-shape allows for versatile layering—from tank tops to turtlenecks.
A single rear pleat gently lifts the fabric, letting it catch air and enhancing the garment’s natural drape.
Slits on the cuffs and sides allow freedom of arm movement, and during hot weather, sleeves can be rolled up for comfort.

Ultra-relaxed drop shoulders and wide sleeves provide a wide range of motion and create space between fabric and body.
The slightly extended back hem emphasizes vertical draping while standing still, and as you walk, the flowing silhouette subtly trails behind.

The fabric is a blend of 94% organic cotton and 6% hemp poplin.
It features a high-density weave with a soft texture that retains air.
Combining polyester's shape retention and quick-drying qualities with cotton's natural feel and absorbency.
The hemp fibers add a gentle neppy texture, and the fabric is slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms, reducing tension on the threads and increasing softness and structure over time.

The bracelet features a combination of differently sized and shaped chains with a central silver bone motif. The ring is crafted with two skulls appearing to touch by chance. These add the weight and character of silver to the styling.
