This season, we are proud to introduce the new brand THE SUGAR PUNCH, which we will be carrying at FASCINATE_THE R (Osaka Shinsaibashi). Starting from noon on Saturday, November 23, collaboration items with CYBORG009 will be available both in-store and online simultaneously!

The eagerly awaited collection includes four designs: two long-sleeve T-shirts and two short-sleeve T-shirts.

The graphics depict the inner turmoil and struggles of Joe Shimamura, who possesses a human heart but a mechanical body. These T-shirts feature simple yet bold prints of the 009 logo that evoke the feel of a sci-fi movie.

As for materials, these pieces are made entirely in Japan, from the fabric and stitching to the processing and printing, reflecting an unwavering commitment to quality.

Furthermore, these T-shirts gained attention after being worn by BTS member JIMIN during a travel variety show, “Are You Sure?!,” which followed his journey with fellow member JUNG KOOK. This marks the first travel variety show by a BTS unit.

About THE SUGAR PUNCH

THE SUGAR PUNCH is a creator platform where graphic designer SUGAR collaborates with various creators to reinterpret beloved IP titles into fashion, graphics, film, music, and art. The brand name pays homage to "THE JAPAN PUNCH," a satirical manga magazine founded in 1862 by British artist and cartoonist Charles Wirgman.

The name "THE SUGAR PUNCH" reflects this homage, with "JAPAN" = "Sato (Japan’s most common surname)" = "Sugar." The brand aims to create fashion-conscious merchandise that highlights and amplifies the charm of the original works they respect, including manga and other IP titles.
