About PHENOMENON/P + M.The brand concept is "music", and they express it by mixing various music centering on dance music and changing the shape into clothes.The brand name comes from the song "The Notorious B.I.G." by the now-defunct American rapper Rap Phenomenon.While working on music as SHAKKAZOMBIE, in 1999 he and Hidehiro Iguchi started "SWAGGER", a shop that also develops original men's items, and started to make a collection of streetwear.In 2004, he started the brand "PHENOMENON" as a solo project, aiming to express the designer's favorite clothes as well as more personal expressions.In 2010, they made their debut in Tokyo fashion week, and they collaborated with MCM "MCM by PHENOMENON" in 2010 A/W collection.In 2012, together with the owner of "THE CONTEMPORARY FIX", Yuichi Yoshii established "MISTERGENTLEMAN" as an original brand of the shop.It has been 5 years since PHENOMENON stopped its activities. They have developed a new collection together with the new brand P + M (collaboration line).The restarted first collection is a brand that carefully selects items from the archive collection left by Osumi before his death and makes it into a collection.
