This long coat features an impressively loose silhouette with extremely wide shoulders and body width.
Seam allowances at the center back and right shoulder are sewn on the outside along with the lining, serving as unique design accents.
Asymmetrical tucks on the back create a distinctive rounded silhouette.
The simple design includes a notched lapel and a single button closure, while the patch pockets with dimensional openings are lined with vintage fabrics collected by the designer, adding a subtle touch of aged character to the piece.
The fabric is a textured cotton handwoven slowly by the indigenous Ayatal people of Taiwan.
It offers a lightweight feel and nostalgic charm.
The faded, dusky blue-tinted black hue enhances its unique appeal.
The fabric is carefully dyed with traditional natural dyes at an atelier located in the historic Dihua Street area.
The button is crafted from individually processed vintage coins from the 1940s.
