The outsole uses Vibram’s shark sole. The sole is replaceable for long-term wear. The insole layers two cushioning urethane sheets, with a triple layer at the heel where load is greatest, delivering classic looks with modern comfort.
The model’s key feature is the use of entirely different materials depending on the color.
・WOOL/ECRU Uses a soft, lofty wool fabric produced by the renowned Italian mill Faliero Sarti. It has a slightly uneven surface, a fine, pleasant hand, and a refined yet casual character. The ecru base is accented by sporadic black yarns for a mottled appearance.
・BLACK/BLACK Uses CORDURA_ nylon developed by INVISTA, widely adopted from outdoor to urban applications. It boasts approximately seven times the abrasion, tear, and scuff resistance of standard nylon while being significantly lighter than canvas. The densely woven, coated yarns reduce gaps for water droplets to enter and provide a subdued, matte finish.
