The switch lines for placing four types of fabrics eliminate the side seams, resulting in a bold design cut entirely with straight lines.
The wrap panel’s drape can be adjusted with a strap, and the belt loop can also be altered with buttons to match the look of the wrap panel.
Inspired by “Cubism,” a painting technique originating in early 1900s Paris, which emphasizes “deconstruction” and “reconstruction.”
The collection combines twill, viyella, and chambray fabrics, dyed post-production, showcasing Ground Y’s unique “Cubism” patchwork.
The twill fabric is smooth and robust, the viyella fabric is made from soft lyocell threads for a delicate drape, and the chambray features natural textures with a washed-out look.
