Round-frame sunglasses using natural water-buffalo horn.
The core of the design is the sculptural rim: a structure inspired by “two stacked circles,” creatively interpreting the lucky symbol of a “double pupil” (ch_d_).
While grounded in a classic round shape, the layered expression balances familiarity with an avant-garde personality.
The front uses organically matte solid horn; the temples are lightweight, strong beta titanium with a hollow-back construction for a surprisingly light feel.
The juxtaposition of uniquely warm horn and industrially uniform metal creates a sophisticated modernist balance emblematic of RIGARDS.
Because horn loses moisture and dries with age, care with the included oil cream helps preserve a lustrous surface.
