An idea the designer had been nurturing since his years at ISSEY MIYAKE, realized and offered as a standard item from the 2025 Fall/Winter collection.
The signature feature is the shift “from flat to three-dimensional.” On the floor it becomes a flat circle, but when lifted it transforms into a spherical or crescent-like bag.
Though minimally constructed without gussets or a bottom board, it falls into natural drape along the body depending on contents and how it is carried.
The textile uses about 7 meters of fabric bias-cut to create 1 square meter of surface, then painstakingly reassembled by embroidery―an experimental product where sculptural form meets craft-level density.
The handles are cow leather, molding to the hand and deepening in color over time.
The opening features an iron part shaped like the brand logo, finished in matte black.
Set to a “LARGE / BIG” capacity, it holds A4 documents, a laptop, gear for 1_2 nights, and even a winter coat.
The opening closes with snap buttons and includes an internal sub-pocket.
There is also a concealed zip pocket under the handle, delivering practicality alongside design.
