Realizing an idea the designer had nurtured since his ISSEY MIYAKE days, this piece has been offered as a standard item since the 2025 Fall/Winter collection.
Its hallmark is the shift “from flat to three-dimensional”: when laid on the floor it forms a flat circle, and when lifted it transforms into a spherical or crescent-like three-dimensional bag.
With a minimal construction that uses no gusset or bottom board, it naturally drapes along the body depending on contents and how it is carried.
Crafted from high-density nylon with a subdued, matte, refined finish reminiscent of sportswear.
A water-repellent treatment keeps it durable yet very lightweight, and the fabric’s firmness maintains beautiful drape and shape even when empty.
The handles are cow leather, creating contrast with the nylon and a premium feel, molding to the hand and deepening in color with wear.
An iron part shaped like the brand logo accents the opening with a matte-black finish.
The opening uses snap-button closure; inside is a sub pocket, and a concealed zip pocket sits beneath the handle for practical storage.
Designated “MIDDLE” in size, it comfortably holds A4 files/documents and a 13_15-inch laptop.
With no fixed gusset, the width expands naturally according to the load, making it ideal for daily use―wallet, pouch, a 500 ml bottle, folding umbrella, and a light jacket can be carried together.
