It follows classic 5-pocket jeans details; the front uses a vintage-referencing button fly.
Under the theme “simulated vintage,” multi-layered weave structures fix aging into the textile itself.
Whiskers and wear marks from truly worn vintage denim were scanned and digitized; fading/damage areas are designed at the weave stage and expressed via structural change rather than post-processing.
Fading is represented not by dye removal but by adding colored yarns/structures. Whiskers are expressed as weft floats, and the micro-relief of jacquard casts shadows for depth beyond prints.
Hem treatments also mimic turn-ups and frayed edges through jacquard.
After weaving, washing, bleaching, and destroy treatments unify realistic aging with woven precision.
It may look aggressively distressed, but the hand is substantial and smooth; because damage areas are structurally woven, tear strength and abrasion resistance are preserved.
At 13.5 oz―the standard for jeans―the dense weave helps the silhouette resist collapse.
Experience “double aging” as real wear builds atop the jacquard’s simulated wear.
