This denim coverall is based on a 1930s Duck Head coverall.

The original vintage piece used as the reference was a privately owned garment kept by a staff member, and details such as the asymmetrical chest pocket design typical of the era and the charming animal tag have been faithfully recreated.
The jacket is finished with meticulous attention to detail, including two-prong dot buttons on the chest, dome-shaped tack buttons on the cuffs, front buttons with a pear-skin textured finish, and green bartacks and buttonholes.

In terms of construction, it features vintage workwear-specific details such as a stand collar with chin strap assembled using chain stitching.
The body length has been adjusted to be slightly shorter than the original vintage piece, making it easier to balance with denim for a coordinated set-up style.
In addition, the raglan sleeves reduce tightness around the shoulders and provide a wide range of motion for comfortable wear.

The fabric is an original denim developed using four different types of yarn to recreate the texture of vintage denim.
Different uneven yarns are used in the warp, while natural slub yarn and nep yarn are combined in the weft to create a deep and expressive texture.
It is finished in a slightly lighter shade reminiscent of classic store-brand workwear, while the grey-dyed weft adds both the color tone and practicality associated with vintage workwear.
To preserve the character of the nep yarn, no singeing process is applied, allowing the natural texture of the fabric itself to be fully appreciated.
