A coat that condenses sulvam’s 25-26AW “Broken” theme into a short tailored piece.
The construction intentionally leaves elements “unfinished,” while maintaining proper tailoring at key points. This fusion of formal structure and a broken expression results in a short coat that perfectly embodies this season’s theme.
It’s a piece that will serve you well from early autumn chill to the harsh cold of winter.

The biggest feature is the design that intentionally shows “traces of construction.”
The lining peeks out from the hem and pocket openings, creating depth and a layered effect with raw-edge finishes.
A sharply designed notch lapel and glossy silver buttons add classic elements that tighten the overall look.
In contrast, frayed threads, rough edges, and asymmetrical patchwork disrupt the overly formal balance, giving it the impromptu and tense feel unique to sulvam.

The outer fabric is made of 100% wool gabardine, a signature material of the brand.
This tightly woven twill offers durability, natural water resistance, and wrinkle resistance, with a subtle sheen that deepens with wear over time.
The lining is made of 100% polyamide (nylon) taffeta woven with fine 50-denier yarn, creating a uniform, deep black color and smooth texture against the skin.
Combined with the padding, the trousers offer excellent warmth, making them ideal for cold winter months. The matte overall finish paired with the vertical quilting adds depth, preventing the black fabric from appearing flat.

For footwear, derby shoes based on a classic GUIDI model were chosen.
Unlike the standard 992/792 models, these feature a rounded toe that balances volume and softness, creating a classic yet warm appearance.
The upper is crafted from premium full-grain horse leather, showcasing the natural strength and character of the hide.
Constructed using Goodyear welted techniques, they are both robust and supple, molding to the wearer’s feet over time.
With continued wear, the leather develops a rich patina, offering a long-lasting piece that evolves beautifully with age.
