- When I wear the men's size 26cm that I usually wear, I feel cramped overall. Especially the instep feels a strong sense of pressure.
- Even at 26.5cm, which is half a size up, it still feels a little tight and tight overall. I went one size up, 27cm, and felt it was the perfect size.
- For those who usually wear women's size 23.5cm, the 23cm size is on the small side overall and will make you feel cramped from the moment you put it on. Not recommended for people with wide feet or those who prefer something a little bigger.
- 23.5cm feels a little cramped at the tip of the toe, but it may be tolerable. However, wearing them for long periods of time can cause fatigue and pain, so you should consider this carefully.
- The half size up (24cm) is a perfect fit, and you can wear slightly thicker socks without any problems and it's comfortable to wear.

- We do not recommend the women's size 23cm, which is 0.5cm smaller than your usual size, as it will feel a little oppressive and cramped.
- The half size up, 24cm, feels a little loose at the toes, but the width and instep height are fine, and we recommend adjusting the shoelaces to further improve the fit.
