DESCRIPTION
GUIDI Collection
The 795BZX is a new type of 795 lace-up boot with a back zip.
These boots feature a Vibram sole and are constructed using the Norwegian welt method. The [X] model number has a slightly wider fit, providing added comfort.
The sole is designed with a tough and voluminous Vibram Tank sole.
It is also crafted using the bold stitching of the Norwegian welt method.
The Norwegian welt method involves stitching the insole and upper together, folding back the upper and stitching it again, and then adding an outer stitch to the midsole and outsole.
This double stitching creates both decorative elements and a robust construction.
The leather used is the classic and iconic Horse Leather from GUIDI.
It is known for its exceptional aging characteristics, fine grain, firm and substantial feel, and a dull sheen.
To address the difficulty of wearing and removing lace-up boots, we have incorporated a back zip while maintaining the rugged and tough image of lace-up boots.
You can also adjust the fit to some extent by tightening or loosening the shoelaces.
By keeping the laces loose, you can easily put on and take off the boots.
Wrapping the long shoelaces around the shaft and tying them will enhance the combat boots' inherent weighty appearance.

About GUIDI
In 1896 in「CONCERIA GUIDI E ROSELLINI」was established by Guido Guidi, Giovanni Rosellini, and Gino Ulivo in Pescia, Tuscany, where leather tanning can be traced back to the Middle Ages. Now the Guidi tannery is run by Ruggero Guidi who rejects mass production logic and focuses on his own research. He is always looking for a balance between advanced technologies while keeping respect for tradition and skill. He has become the leather tanner that designers around the world look to for high quality results. In CONCERIA GUIDI E ROSELLINI’s factory brand「Guidi」, from finishing the raw materials to dying the shoes through the tumbling process, Guidi makes items to show the maximum quality of the materials used. In terms of leather factory brands this collection is a must see.
