【Material Texture and Feel】
This garment uses rare cotton jersey fabric, knitted at an extremely low speed on an old-fashioned "Loopwheel knitting machine," which was mainstream until the 1960s. This traditional method, where the knitting machine suspended from the ceiling uses only the fabric's own weight to slowly knit without applying unnecessary tension to the yarn (approximately 1 meter per hour), is impossible to replicate with modern high-speed knitting machines. This traditional method creates a fluffy volume, as if containing air, and a soft elasticity similar to hand-knitting. While having a thickness comparable to general cut-and-sew garments, it retains the firm crispness characteristic of dense knitting while achieving a supple wearing comfort. The rich texture with slight, non-flat irregularities is also appealing. It is resistant to losing its shape even after repeated wear and washing, and you can enjoy the aging process as it conforms to your body over time.
