After working in sales at a local lacquerware company, he joined his family's business, Aoyama Optical, in 1999. He then studied design at the SSID design course hosted by Sabae City. In 2001, he launched the in-house brand "FACTORY900," overseeing nearly all aspects of design and manufacturing. In 2023, Yoshinori Aoyama established the YOSHINORI AOYAMA brand, named after himself. The eyewear from YOSHINORI AOYAMA is unique, combining contrasting elements such as "imagination and destruction," "future and past," and "harmony and discord." The brand uses high-quality materials like lightweight and durable titanium, flexible and easy-to-process acetate, and strong stainless steel.
