These wide cropped pants express the image of various fabric expressions randomly joined together like patchwork, realized through an intricate original jacquard weave using cotton and linen yarns. A drawcord at the waist allows easy size adjustment. Though rendered in a single-tone black, the complex shadows created by changes in the weave give off a distinctive presence.

【Silhouette / Fit】
By placing tucks at the waist, knees, and hem, the design creates overwhelming three-dimensional volume. A strong tapered silhouette that narrows sharply from the knee to the hem delivers a beautiful contrast from the wide hip area down to the feet. The cropped length (7/8 to 9/10) adds lightness around the ankles and accentuates the architectural form.

【Material Texture / Wearing Feel】
An original jacquard fabric made from a cotton and viscose-linen blend is used. Linen’s cool touch harmonizes with the suppleness of viscose, while the jacquard’s surface unevenness enhances the fabric’s separation from the skin. Contrary to the heavyweight appearance of the patchwork design, you can enjoy a light, smooth texture.
