The fabric’s hand-knit-like principle delivers suppleness and resilience, offering durability that resists distortion even after repeated wear and washing. Applying sumi dye over the piece-dyed fabric creates a layered, depthful unevenness and a muted, unique color tone. While retaining the firmness typical of tightly knitted jersey, the fabric feels softer and lighter than it appears.
