A classic 5-button tailored jacket. The unconstructed tailoring, minimizing interfacing and shoulder pads, eliminates stiffness around the shoulders for a relaxed fit. The main feature is the 2WAY style allowing two different looks depending on buttoning. Buttoning the top two buttons creates a stoic stand collar jacket, while buttoning the lower three buttons forms a tailored jacket with sharp peak lapels. The front features luxurious buttons carved from water buffalo horn, and flap pockets are placed on both sides, showcasing attention to detail down to the smallest parts.

【Silhouette & Fit】
A generally slightly loose regular fit. Despite the classic look, the sleeves are constructed with a meticulously calculated 3D pattern following the natural curve of the arms. This reduces fabric tightness when bending and stretching the elbows, ensuring comfortable ease of movement without stress. Along with the light feel of the unconstructed tailoring, it offers a comfortable fit that follows body movements naturally.

【Material Texture & Wear Feel】
Uses striped spun Shetland wool fabric woven slowly on a Schoeller loom in Bishu, a major wool textile production area in Japan. It has the characteristic thickness and strong volume of Shetland wool, and the dry texture comes from the fiber’s resilience. It combines durability resistant to friction and pilling with unexpected lightness and high heat retention. A smooth cotton silk lining is used inside the body, balancing ease of putting on sleeves and comfortable wear.

【Suitable Temperatures】Autumn, Winter

A jacket ideal for autumn and winter using highly heat-retentive Shetland wool.
・Autumn: Works well as a main outerwear piece over cut-and-sew or shirts.
・Winter: By layering with medium-thick knits or sweatshirts inside, it provides sufficient warmth as a main winter jacket. The unconstructed tailoring allows wearing it comfortably inside a coat without bulkiness.
