【Design】
Based on a jacket tailored from corduroy, it features an original design that looks as if it has captured the exact moment being blown by the wind. Embroidered scattered leaves decorate the body, and finely detailed newspaper motifs are sewn on with embroidery, adding scenic depth. The biggest feature is the asymmetrical design that changes the structure on the left and right sides of the front body. By constructing only one side of the hem to open slightly outward, it splendidly three-dimensionally expresses the moment when the jacket, which should be fastened, is blown and pushed back by the wind. Though the sewn newspaper and leaves themselves do not move, they evoke the viewer’s imagination of the wind’s movement. This piece shines with doublet’s unique conceptual approach of capturing the invisible power of air with the clothing’s structure and elevating the ‘wind’ that was supposed to be the background to the main subject.

【Silhouette & Fit】
The body width is set slightly tight, and the length is finished shorter compared to a typical tailored jacket, creating a sharp and modern silhouette. Meanwhile, the shoulder line adopts a slightly dropped shoulder design, adding moderate relaxation within the structured design.

【Material Texture & Wearability】
The material used is 100% cotton corduroy with a warm texture. It offers the gentle touch unique to natural cotton along with excellent moisture absorption, providing a comfortable wearing experience. It also has properties that reduce static electricity and resist heat, allowing for worry-free use in various daily situations.

■ Recommended Wearing Seasons
The warm texture typical of corduroy is mainly suitable for autumn through winter and into early spring.

・Autumn: Ideal as a main outer layer over cut-and-sew or shirts. Its high design quality means styling is complete by simply pairing with simple innerwear.
・Winter: By matching with medium-thick knits and other innerwear, it can be used as an outer jacket in early winter. In colder seasons, it also functions as an inner jacket for overcoats.
