The base cotton 100% denim fabric undergoes a special flocking process: an adhesive is applied to the surface, and extremely fine short fibers (pile) ranging from 0.1mm to a few millimeters are electrostatically planted vertically. This technique creates a three-dimensional nap reminiscent of velvet or velour, offering a smooth and uniquely soft touch, contrasting the rugged look of denim. Additionally, a "3YR WASH" process replicates the natural, deep fading of three years' wear, giving the garment a vintage aura from day one.
