【Material & Manufacturing Features - GUIDI LEATHER】
The unique appeal of GUIDI leather stems from its proprietary dyeing technique called object dyeing (product dyeing). This method deeply penetrates the dye to the leather’s core, resulting in a distinctive texture and color unlike any other.
To maximize the natural texture, characteristic 'slip' feel, and especially the aging process that develops with use, no color-fixing treatment is applied. This philosophy and aesthetic, unique to artisan brands, allow the leather to develop a color and shine unique to its owner over time. Please enjoy the evolving process of deepening the 'rich color' typical of vegetable tanning.

【Product Characteristics & Wearing Notes】
As natural leather is used and finished by a special process, slight individual differences, such as small scratches, wrinkles, uneven coloration, and scuffs, may be present. These are all intentional design elements that contribute to the product’s charm.
Due to the nature of product dyeing, especially during initial wear, there is a risk of color transfer to clothing or socks through friction or moisture. Please avoid pairing with white or light-colored clothing until the color stabilizes, or take great care.
To reduce the risk of color transfer, we recommend applying a leather care and waterproof spray to the entire surface before wearing. This can help inhibit dye bleeding.
