Introduced in the early years of the brand, the 792 is one of GUIDI’s signature derby shoes, alongside models such as the 992 and 988. A rugged double sole gives the shoe substantial volume and a powerful presence. From casual denim to classic tailored trousers, the design works across a wide range of silhouettes and grounds the styling with unmistakable strength. The added sole volume can also create a subtle height-enhancing effect.

【Silhouette / Size】
The widest area around the ball of the foot is deliberately designed to fit tightly, producing a sharp and refined profile. When worn, moderate pressure from both sides holds the foot securely and creates an excellent sense of fit. This construction also provides the practical advantage of helping the shoe retain its shape over long-term use.

【Material Texture】
Made from horse full-grain leather selected for the depth of character it develops over time. GUIDI’s signature object-dyeing process allows dye to penetrate deeply into the leather. To preserve the natural texture, distinctive slightly oily feel, and rich tannin-tanned patina that develops with use, no color-fixing treatment is intentionally applied. As a result, minor scratches, wrinkles, and variations in color may be present; these are embraced as part of the unique character of each pair.

■ Wearing Precautions and Characteristics of Leather Products
・Because the dye penetrates deeply into the leather, color may transfer to clothing or socks, especially during the initial period of wear. Please exercise particular care when pairing the shoes with white or light-colored items.
・To help reduce color transfer, we recommend applying a leather conditioning / waterproofing spray before use. A fine fluorine-based protective film may help reduce dye migration while also protecting against external moisture.

This shoe is made from high-quality horse leather and can be worn throughout the year. Because it is a leather shoe, extended wear in midsummer may feel warm or humid. In winter, comfort can be adjusted by choosing socks of an appropriate thickness.
