【Design】
This ISO-exclusive special-order model is based on RIGARDS' iconic RG1063 and incorporates distinctive details throughout. The design draws inspiration from the Chinese legendary phenomenon known as the double pupil, regarded as a symbol of fortune and nobility. The mysterious image of two pupils within one eye is expressed through sculptural rims resembling two overlapping circles. Delicate carving along the frame edges creates layered detail around the lenses, adding profound depth to the minimal round shape.
【Material Texture / Wearing Feel】
The front and temples are made from buffalo horn, a natural material with an organic expression. Its matte texture and individually varied tones and patterns provide warmth and luxury unavailable from industrial materials. Carefully selected solid horn creates visual depth while remaining surprisingly lightweight despite its substantial appearance. Natural horn is also gentle on the skin and less likely to cause allergic reactions. The temples possess excellent resilience and gently wrap the head for a comfortable fit. The frame can also accommodate prescription lenses.
