【Design】
This piece is based on a classic V-neck argyle sweater, enhanced with MASU's distinctive critical perspective and playful spirit. By combining linking details that intentionally expose seam allowances on the outside, resembling an inside-out style, with a technique that uses the reverse side of the knit as the front, the original argyle pattern gains complex shading and depth. Additionally, the edges are distressed, and a shining gold button is placed on the left side as an accent. These details cast irony on the formal image traditionally associated with such items, elevating it to a new signature piece for the brand that breaks away from a scholarly appearance.
