TAION is an inner downwear brand launched in Japan in October 2016.The brand name means warmth and is derived from "body temperature" in Japanese, which expands the image of the brand originating in Japan.Originally it was a production company, so it had the methods and background to arrange high-quality materials, especially for down, and has developed a variety of inner down wear to meet demand by selecting and adopting the best fabrics in a wide range of colors and sizes to suit the purpose of wear.The outer fabric is made of high-density taffeta of 400T or higher with super water-repellent high-density processed nylon, so it is not only water-repellent but also stain-resistant.The outer and inner surfaces are treated with AC coating, and high-quality threads, such a special thread called ”Koshi thread”, suitable for down and designed to minimize feather leakage, are used for the down stitch. The feathers are also made of lightweight and resilient down with a fill power of 650 or more, achieving high-performance specifications for convenience.TAION (TAION) develops three main lines of "TAION BASIC LINE", "TAION CITY LINE", and "TAION MOUNTAIN LINE" according to the use.The "TAION BASIC LINE" mainly consists of standard items such as V-neck down vests and crew-neck down jackets that have continued since the brand was first established, and the "TAION CITY LINE" offers a highly convenient minimalist design. The "TAION CITY LINE" is a collection of casual wear for business, formal, commuting, and other occasions, interpreted in a TAION style for urban and city living."TAION MOUNTAIN LINE" is based on items from the outdoor scene of the 80's and incorporates functional elements, with many simple designs that function well for town use, and can be worn as inner or outerwear.
