[Design]
Inspired by traditional Japanese furoshiki, this shoulder bag realizes a concept the designer has nurtured since their previous job. Centered around the idea of "from flat to three-dimensional," it forms a flat circle when laid on the floor and transforms into a beautiful spherical or crescent shape when lifted, influenced by the weight of the contents. Its minimal structure excludes gussets and base plates, creating a natural drape that adapts to your body depending on the contents and how you carry it. The opening features matte black painted iron parts shaped like the brand logo, while the handle is made from cow leather that ages gracefully, showcasing attention to detail. It closes with snap buttons, and inside there is a sub-pocket for organizing small items, plus a hidden zip pocket at the base of the handle, perfectly balancing design and practicality.

Designed as a mid-size for daily use, it comfortably fits A4-sized files and documents, as well as laptops approximately 13 to 15 inches. Although lacking gussets, the bag naturally expands its width according to the amount of contents, offering ample space for a wallet, pouch, 500ml water bottle, folding umbrella, and a light jacket.

[Material Texture & Wear]
Utilizes TAAKK’s signature jacquard denim, perfected through continuous improvements since the brand’s inception. The fabric has a robust thickness of 13.5 ounces, equivalent to regular jeans, which beautifully maintains the bag’s three-dimensional form. Its hallmark is the reproduction of authentic vintage denim wear patterns such as “hige” (whiskers) and “atari” (wear highlights) not through after-processing like fading or damage, but through variations in the weave itself. The finished fabric undergoes washing, bleaching, and destroy processing to create a unique blend of realistic vintage texture and the intricate expression of jacquard weaving.
