【Design】
This piece reconstructs the classic military fishtail parka, or mods coat, through TAAKK’s original approach. Its defining element is the bold machine embroidery applied across the front and back. Inspired by flame-style pottery from the Jomon period, the primitive and powerful forms are rendered with sculptural three-dimensionality. The structured presence of military outerwear and the primitive motif coexist in a highly distinctive design. Functional details include a high neck for wind protection, drawcords at the neck and waist for silhouette adjustment, and practical flap pockets at the front. By intentionally omitting a liner and fur trim, the coat remains minimal and light enough for use across a broad range of seasons.

【Silhouette / Size】
A long silhouette with generous room throughout. The fit is relaxed, but tightening the waist drawcord can create a more defined shape. Because the fabric itself is lightweight, the coat offers substantial volume without feeling heavy.

【Material Texture / Wearing Feel】
The body is made from densely woven cotton-nylon. It combines moderate firmness with exceptional lightness, while a subtle surface sheen creates a refined impression. The crisp fabric also emphasizes the three-dimensional embroidery that defines the piece. The material is relatively lightweight for a coat and can be worn with an easy, light feel.

■ Recommended Wearing Season
The lightweight construction without a liner and the relatively thin cotton-nylon fabric make this coat suitable for a wide range of seasons.

・Spring / Autumn: Ideal as the main outer layer over a cut-and-sew top or shirt, especially during transitional periods with large temperature differences between morning and evening.
・Early Winter: Can be worn into the beginning of winter by layering heavier knitwear or a lightweight down layer underneath.
