The defining feature is TAAKK’s original textile, created by layering fabrics with different characteristics and applying a special treatment so that differences in shrinkage raise the pattern from the surface. The depth and richly expressive quality generated by the movement of the fabric itself cannot be reproduced through printing or embroidery, giving the trousers a quiet but unmistakable presence. The inspiration comes from motifs found on Jomon-period pottery, reinterpreting an ancient visual language through contemporary technology. The construction follows classic tailored trousers with belt loops, grounding the original material in a universal design.

A wide straight silhouette that falls gently from the waist to the hem. Its classic, understated proportions coordinate naturally with a wide range of tops and shoes. The contrast between the dimensional fabric surface and the clean, refined silhouette creates a sophisticated appearance when worn.
