[Design]
The Seamens Jumpers are meticulously crafted down to the finest detail, based on a vintage 1940s USN DECK JKT owned by TCB JEANS. The sewing threads have been reproduced by carefully deconstructing a vintage piece and matching the thread count and color for each section. The pockets are finished with double-chain stitching, and the bar tacks at the pocket openings, which are subject to high stress, intentionally replicate the rough stitching of the original to strongly reflect the atmosphere of the time. Each piece is hand-stenciled on the inside of the hem. The front features custom-made resin change buttons. Their initial glossy appearance will gradually dull with wear, developing a deep texture that could be mistaken for vintage. The buttonholes are "genuine keyhole" style, sewn with a rare "SINGER 99" machine, of which only a few are still in operation today, allowing you to enjoy an extremely luxurious detail rarely seen in modern products.

[Silhouette and Sizing]
While the basic silhouette faithfully traces the original vintage, it has been reconstructed with a refined balance to suit the modern fashion scene. The body width and sleeve circumference have been slightly tightened with a perfect touch that doesn't compromise the unique vintage feel, aiming for a clean silhouette that avoids a bulky look.

[Material Texture and Feel]
The fabric is a 10oz denim woven with yarn that has "natural unevenness" rather than the uniform slub yarn produced by modern computer-controlled methods. The charm lies in the simple yet deep expression unique to selvedge denim slowly woven on a power loom. (*Due to the product's specifications, the selvedge edge of the fabric is not used.) Additionally, to withstand heavy wear, the design incorporates durability considerations, such as using pre-dyed gray sewing thread.

The 10oz denim, with its moderate thickness, is versatile enough to be worn across a wide range of seasons.

・Spring, Fall: Ideal as a main outerwear piece to be casually thrown over a T-shirt or shirt. It's useful for temperature regulation during the change of seasons and serves as a centerpiece for your outfit.
・Winter: Can also be worn as an inner layer under heavy outerwear, becoming a core piece for layered styles.
