【Design】
Based on the "M35 denim pullover," a deck workwear garment adopted by the U.S. Navy in 1935, this piece has been reconstructed with the deep insight unique to TCB JEANS. The greatest feature of the design lies in its faithful reproduction of vintage sewing specifications. A sewing machine with an approximately 6mm width is used for the double stitching on the collar, while an approximately 5mm-width machine is used for the rectangular stitching on the chest pocket. By intentionally varying the stitch widths, which would normally be standardized from the perspective of modern production efficiency, the piece expresses the distinctive individuality born from the "on-site rationality" of how factories at the time adapted to military specifications using their own equipment. At the neckline, a control tag reading "CAT SUPPLY DIVISION" is roughly sewn on with a two-needle machine, adding a playful detail designed with the possibility of removal in mind.

【Silhouette & Sizing】
This is an easy-to-wear work shirt silhouette with a moderate amount of room in the body. It is designed with an exquisite size balance that works not only as a standalone shirt, but also as a light outer layer over a cut-and-sew. Despite the firm texture of the 10.5oz fabric, its lightness when worn is also part of its appeal.

【Material Texture & Feel】
In pursuit of a vintage texture, an original 10.5oz 2×1 right-hand twill denim has been produced using size 9 cotton yarn for the warp and size 14 cotton yarn for the weft. The yarn is a specially spun, thin and long slub yarn, creating a richly uneven surface texture. For the dyeing, "green-cast indigo" with a slightly greenish tone is used, reflecting the techniques of the 1930s. The natural color irregularities created during the oxidation process produce a deep and expressive look. From its calm appearance when new, repeated wearing and washing will gradually bring out the character of the slub, allowing you to enjoy powerful aging over time.
