[Design]
Based on the M-35 denim trousers adopted by the US ARMY in the late 1930s. They feature a rational design unique to military wear, stripping away ornamentation to pursue only practicality. The front has a button fly, and the simple pocket configuration on the front and back results in a rugged yet sophisticated design where every detail exudes a 'purposeful roughness'.

[Silhouette and Sizing]
A wide, loose silhouette with a deep rise and ample room throughout, designed with workability as the top priority. In the context of modern fashion, this creates a fresh sense of balance, allowing you to fully enjoy the atmosphere of rugged military wear. The slightly lighter 10.2oz fabric gives them a light feel, preventing them from feeling heavy despite the wide silhouette.

[Material Texture and Feel]
To reproduce the characteristic 'roughness' and 'neppiness' found in vintage US ARMY denim, we use a custom 100% cotton 10.2oz black denim made with recycled cotton for both the warp and weft threads. The natural unevenness created by re-spinning already spun cotton into new yarn strongly reflects the atmosphere of the era. Furthermore, by using slen-dyed gray yarn for the weft, we have recreated the deep, subdued, unique color tone that is said to have been a measure to make dirt less noticeable.
In terms of processing, the fabric is sanforized (pre-shrunk), but with a reduced moisture content to retain a 'raw' feel and a bumpy, three-dimensional texture. Additionally, by intentionally omitting the skewing (anti-twist) process, natural twisting will occur with repeated wear and washing. This is a profound pair of trousers that allows you to enjoy the 'inevitable imperfection' born from the constraints of the time as part of the design, setting it apart from uniformly finished denim.

■ Recommended Seasons for Wear
The slightly thin 10.2oz denim fabric is versatile enough for a wide range of styles throughout the year.

・Spring, Summer: Recommended for light styling with T-shirts and shirts. They are breathable and can be worn comfortably, except during the peak of summer.
・Autumn, Winter: They pair well with knits and outerwear, serving as a foundational piece for styling throughout the year. The wide silhouette balances well with boots and has a strong presence that holds its own in heavy winter outfits.
