Xaris Project 24-25 Autumn Winter Collection

Cargo Trouser combines the utility of 8 pockets and a soft, long rise trouser with an adjustable hem. The trousers feature complex darting for a slimming fit and referencing the brand's "X" motif.
The two cargo pockets are set diagonally for natural access and are detached at their outside corners to facilitate comfort when the wearer is sitting.
They are covered by flaps and close with YKK-Excella zippers with long pulls.
Along with 6 pockets on the main pant (2 side, 2 cargo pockets on the thigh, and 2 rear patch pockets) the detachable rear skirt part adds an additional 2 pockets.
The rise is semi-long, but a central gusset enables movement.
The bottom hem is adjustable with a concealed zipper that spirals around the back of the leg, opening with a triangular gusset for either eased wearing or to facilitate boots.
The soft fabric is a blend of polyurethane and virgin wool, providing an eased drape to an otherwise detail-laden pant that emphasizes utility.
There is a powermesh insert at the back of the rear knee. The trouser is half-lined.

Xaris Project aims to occupy an intermediate space where elements of outerwear and eased tailoring exist symbiotically in combined forms. Anonymous designer K works globally with a small team in Tokyo to produce the collection featuring Japanese fabrics and ergonomic details. The signature "broken cuffs" suggest the intersection of a triangle and circle, referencing a historic Japanese calligraphy work and the brand's theme of opposites overlapping.
