【Design】
This design features a traditional single pin buckle paired with an intentionally long tip designed to hang down, reflecting YOKO SAKAMOTO’s unique interpretation. Each buckle is hand-shaped by metalworking artisans from solid brass. Without any plating or surface treatments, the natural muted luster of the material combined with the fine unevenness created by handcrafting brings a rich expression to the minimal design. When a shirt is untucked, the visibly hanging tip creates a vertical line, which paired with wide silhouette bottoms, produces a striking visual contrast.

【Silhouette & Fit】
The belt is a slim type, approximately 20mm wide, designed to fit a variety of belt loops. Its overall length is deliberately set at about 120cm, allowing the excess tip to hang naturally and function as a styling accent.
The buckle itself is compact and features a linear design, minimizing visual bulk around the waist.

【Material Texture & Wear Feel】
The material is Italian leather produced by the renowned Lo Stivale tannery located in the Santa Croce district, the home of leather. Tanned using traditional vegetable tanning methods at a leisurely pace, finished with dye, and infused generously with oil through the bucketta method, this leather is characterized by a fine grain surface, a rich heaviness from abundant oils, and a supple elasticity that bounces back when pressed. With use, it gradually deepens in color and develops a natural shine, offering a well-deserved sense of aging that truly feels like "nurturing." The leather’s texture is very soft, and careful treatment of the back side prevents fibers from easily transferring onto pants fabric, a practical consideration.

■ Recommended Wearing Season
Leather belts can be worn year-round regardless of season. In spring and summer, they serve as accents to T-shirt and shirt styles, while in autumn and winter, they tighten up knitwear and outerwear styles, providing seasonless utility.
