- When I wore the men's size 26cm that I usually wear, the width felt cramped, and although the height and length of the instep were fine, they seemed a little small.
- 26.5cm is the height of the instep, there is a little room in the toes, and the width of the shoes felt to be just the right size.
- For those who usually wear women's size 23.5cm, 23cm will feel very tight, and 23.5cm will be tight on the toes, and the uneven sole may not match your feet, causing discomfort.
- 24cm was the best fit and balance, and 24.5cm felt a little roomy in the toes.

- As usual, if you wear the men's size 26cm, it will be a little cramped and may feel too tight for walking around town. Regarding the toe, it was just the right size.
- As for 26.5cm, there is a little extra room, and I think it's perfect for around town. There was a little room in the toes.
- For those who usually wear women's size 23.5cm, the 23cm size was too tight to wear, and the 23.5cm size had a slight discomfort in the heel and toe.
- The 24cm fit was just right and felt comfortable. If you want a little more room in your toes, we recommend going up a half size.

- If you usually wear women's size 23.5cm, there is a high possibility that 23cm will feel so tight that you can't wear them. When I adjusted my foot to the shape of the 23.5cm insole, the heel stuck out a little, and when I adjusted it to the length, the toe felt a little tight.
- 24cm is the perfect length, and there is a little extra room in the toes for comfort.
- 24.5cm doesn't look too big, and it feels slightly loose. If you have wide feet or prefer a slightly looser fit, we recommend the 24.5cm shoe.
