CROMAGNON 2024-25 Autumn Winter Collection.

This is a long coat made of kimono.
A cotton cloth peeks out from the collar and cuffs. The neck is made in three dimensions, the opening is slightly larger around the collar, and the back of the collar is set higher.
Compared to other items from CROMAGNON, which have many loose silhouettes, the width of the body and sleeves are a little slim and have a clean silhouette.
Prints by French artists published in the 1840's and 60's are printed on the lining.
The fabric of Shetland Wool in Oshu, a wool fabric production area in Japan, uses two colors of thread, mocha and dark navy, and has an uneven thread nep in addition to the complicated color.
It has a unique expression.
It also has the characteristics of firm texture, heat retention, and resistance to pilling.

「CROMÄGNON.(クロマニヨン)」はDEVOAのデザイナー、西田大介氏が2019年からスタートしたブランド。ブランド名は現生人類（新人）に属する化石人類「クロマニョン人、Cro-Magnon man）」からきており、伝統工芸やクラシックな造形を多角視点で見直し、表情が美しいモノ、着心地のいいモノ、何気なく日々を彩るモノから、新たな発見や体感を提案するライフスタイルブランドです。衣服は一貫して着心地の良いものを目指す事を信念としたシンプルなアプローチでデザインしており、シルエットも柔らかなリラックスシルエットのものが中心、着心地に関わる縫製処理を独自の考えによって制作を行い、作品に合わせた素材特性を厳選し、独自に開発した生地、もしくはヴィンテージ生地を使って表現しています。また、基本的な作りは全て男性用ですが、ユニセックスとして着用できるバランスで制作されています。展開するアイテムは衣服だけでなく、扇子や工芸品、バッグ、ビスポークシューズといった各専門の職人とコラボレーションによって制作されているアイテムも展開しており、それらは全て手作りで製作しています。DEVOAとは異なる考えのもとで制作される、シンプルでリラックスしたエレガントや品性といった　西田氏のパーソナルな感性が反映されたブランドです。
